Shipping Time
- National orders are generally dispatched within a week.
- Delivery time depends on courier partners and delivery locations. In few locations, delivery may take longer depending on the accessibility of the location by our logistic partners.
Shipping Fees:
National Shipping:
- We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs.3500.
- A shipping fee of Rs.75 is applicable for orders below Rs.3500.
- A shipping fee of ₹125 is applicable for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
International Shipping:
We are working hard to start international couriers very soon. Stay tuned!
Returns/Exchanges:- We do not offer refunds once an order is placed.
- Each garment is made with a lot of love. Nevertheless, should you encounter a sizing problem,please get in touch with us on whatsapp at +91-9818612200 and we would be happy to assist you.
- Customer should get in touch within 2 days of delivery for us to be able to assist with the exchange process.
- For exchange to be valid, the garment should not have been used or have any mark on it. The garment tags should be intact and should not have been removed.
- The customer is responsible for sending us back the garment which they want to exchange, at their own expense. The customer will have to bear the shipping charges of the replacement item sent by us in the same way as on a new order.
- Sale items, discounted items, custom items are not eligible for exchanges.
- By utilizing our exchange policy, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to our terms, conditions, and policies.

- No discounts are applicable on customised products.
- Please note 2 promotional offers cannot be clubbed together for the same order.
What items are returnable?
- For exchange to be valid, the garment should not have been used or have any mark on it. The garment tags should be intact and should not have been removed.
- The products must be unwashed and unworn with the original packaging.
- Customer should get in touch within 2 days of delivery for us to be able to assist with the exchange process.
- No exchange on customised or international orders.

Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
- If your garment is approved, then your exchange order will be dispatched against it.
Cancellations:

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the site, slight variations may occur due to difference in lighting and screen display.
